Growth Track Step Two: Know Your Design is all about discovering God's unique design for you. In this step, we will determine your area of influence by identifying your personality, your leadership style, and your spiritual gifts.

In our DISC Test, you will learn about your personality and leadership style. By identifying your personality, we will be able to determine the right role in which you will serve. This helps us to know HOW to serve, not just WHERE to serve.

Following the DISC Test is a Spiritual Gifts Test. Spiritual gifts are endowments given by God to His people for accomplishing His purpose on the earth. They are given for the glory of God. This series of questions will indicate what your particular gifts are and where your best fit in the ministry is.

These tests need not be done in order, however, to complete Growth Track Step Two: Know Your Design you must complete BOTH tests. You will be notified as soon as your results are received and be contacted by the Next Steps Ministry.

DISC TEST

The DISC Test is comprised of several questions to help us better understand your leadership and personality styles. Are you introverted? Are you extroverted? Are you both? Do you gravitate towards people or tasks? The DISC Test helps us guide you based on your individual design.

SPIRITUAL GIFTS TEST

The Spiritual Gifts Test is comprised of several questions to help us better understand your God-given gifts, talents, and skills. Are you passionate to see lost souls born again? Are you compelled to spend hours praying for others? Do you have the ability to influence and direct people? The Spiritual Gifts Test is designed to help us determine where you fit in the ministry.

Take the Test

If you have not completed the DISC Test, scroll up to the DISC section, select "Take the Test" button, and submit your answers. If you have completed both DISC and Spiritual Gifts Test, check your email for confirmation of completion. A member of the Next Steps Ministry will contact you with your results and what your next step will be.
